Our Vocal Coaches

Competent, inspiring and motivating. The best basis for your development

Andrea Vernier

has been singing for as long as she can remember. She owes her love of jazz to her father, who was a big fan of the big bands of the swing era. This music has influenced her. Since the early 90’s she has invested a lot in vocal lessons and workshops, learning so much from such diverse and wonderful teachers. Over time, she developed the need to create workshops herself. She has been doing that since 2015, first as an organizer and co-trainer. In the meantime, she is happy to be able to put all her experience together – also through her work as a physiotherapist – and also pass it on as a teacher.

Judy Niemack

…is a musician through and through, virtuosio, precise, soulful. Born in California, she began studying classical singing at the age of 17, but quickly realized that jazz was her true calling and went on to study improvisation with Warne Marsch. She recorded several CDs, worked with countless jazz greats and in 1995 became Germany’s first professor of jazz singing at the Jazz Institute Berlin. She loves to help singers, to guide them on their way. Judy has written four books, and her 2004 work “Hear It And Sing It! – Exploring Modal Jazz” has since accompanied many singers in their practice. www.judyniemack.com

is one of the German jazz singers who shape today’s “German Vocal Jazz” across styles. Esther has been a vocal professor for “Jazz Rock Pop Vocals” at the Dresden University of Music for several years. Since 2004 Esther Kaiser has released seven solo albums. She dedicates her current album to an element that addresses an important aspect of our time which is constantly in flux, in which nothing is more constant than the liquid, than the evaporation and then the evaporation and liquefaction of all that is solid and traditional: „Water“
