You already have routine in jazz singing, and on beats and off beats are not foreign words for you.<\/span><\/p>\n

You like the South American rhythms and you are interested in how to transfer this lightness and melancholy into your voice.<\/span><\/p>\n

You want to know more about the differences between the busty sounding Cuban songs and the more softly purring, dreamy Portuguese sounds.<\/span>

If you are not yet rhythmically fit, first learn the Bossa basics and the difference to the other styles in Jazz in our basic course.<\/span><\/p>\n

> What mood do the South American rhythms create and how can we enhance that with phrasing?<\/span><\/p>\n

> Saudade – the untranslatable feeling of longing, melancholy, pain, nostalgia and loneliness. Where does the lightness come from? What is the source of sadness?<\/span><\/p>\n

> What does a bossa ballad or a bossa in three-four time sound like?<\/span><\/p>\n

> How do I sing in original language?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A rhythmically emphasized course unit – we will get to grips with percussion instruments and try out some rhythmic figures and exercises that will give you confidence in the world of Latin music.<\/span><\/p>\n
